What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes. We process orders fast, and once an order ships we’re unable to cancel it. If you do need us to cancel an order, please reach out to Customer care team right away and be sure to include your order number in your request. We’ll do our best to catch it before it goes out! Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders with invalid addresses may be returned to us and may delay delivery. If you entered the incorrect delivery address, please contact Customer care team right away.
Can I return Final Sale items?
All items marked final sale cannot be returned for a refund or online credit in the form of an e-gift card, or exchanged for a different size, color, or style. If you send a “Final Sale” item back to us for a return we will not be able to process a refund. Once received at our warehouse, any final sale return will automatically be shipped back to you. No exceptions will be made for sizing, fit, or fabric issues. If you have questions, contact Customer care before placing your order.
Exchange, Return & Refund Policy
- We only accept returns postmarked within 48 hrs. from the delivery date. Orders must be delivered.
- The address of the recipient must be in India.
- Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s Worn, Damaged, Washed or Altered in any way.
- We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
- We do not offer Return Pick Up service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be done by CUSTOMER.
- Incase of WRONG & DAMAGED Product Pick Up will be Done by Our Courier Partner.
- Return/Exchange will be processed within 10 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued ONLY as a Promo Code/Coupon Code.
