Cancellations & Returns

Cancellation Policy

We make every effort to fulfil all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

Our Customer Service Team will communicate to you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back into your Card Account.

Cancellation by the Customer

Please contact our Customer Service in case you wish to cancel the Order. On receipt of the cancellation notice, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount (less any transaction charges or banking charges that might have been incurred by us) if the order has not been processed by us. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped out by us. In some cases, this can happen an hour after you place the order.

How long will it take to process my cancellation request? Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 7 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.

RETURN POLICY

If you are returning the product, please take note that some small irregularities in pattern, weaving, color, design, etc signify these are handcrafted products and therefore are truly unique in nature. These are not machine-crafted products and therefore we would appreciate it if you can consider that before returning any product.

Inspire by this, if you still want to return, we have a very friendly return policy. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Please see below for more details regarding this.

Returns and Replacements:

Any product shipped by us can be returned within Seven (7) days from receipt of the item(s), subject to conditions detailed hereafter. Also, some of our products are shipped by us. and some are shipped by Sellers directly to customers.

Conditions for return:

1. All items must have the original security tag and label and must be returned in the same conditions as delivered by the Company.
2. Any item returned showing signs of wear or tear, altered, resized (by anyone/entity other than the Company), or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return.
3. All requests for the return of the product have to be placed within Seven (7) days from the date of delivery. No return requests will be processed after Seven (7) days from receipt of the item(s).
4. To return an item, please contact us and you will get instructions for return from us.
5. The product to be returned has to be neatly packed in a box in which it came with the to and from address clearly written on the box.
6. For the return shipping cost, the customer will get a store voucher which can be used for future purchases.

Refunds:

You will receive a store voucher in your email within 14 days of receipt of the return. The store voucher will be valid for three (3) months. You can use this voucher to buy any of our products on our web store. The refund store voucher will be limited in value to the amount paid by you (any discount availed will not be included in the amount).

Shipping Refund

We have a friendly return and refund policy to ensure your online purchase is free of stress. We offer a “100% Buyer Protection Program” for our valued customers. We do not release your payment to the seller till the products are received by you and you are happy with them. We are always with you, before your purchase and after your purchase. We are not perfect but we have ensured hard that our refund/return policies do not bring any ugly surprises to you post your purchase.

Our “100% Buyer Protection Program” allows for easy returns and refunds for:

  • Products that you received in “Damaged/Defective/Broken” condition.
  • Products not as per description/photo on the website.
  • Products that you may not like for quality, color, and design-related issues.

All the products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills and labels. Please follow the below-given steps to register your dispute within 7 days of receipt of the product. Custom-stitched products cannot be returned.

How to raise a dispute for an order? By sending an email/phone to our customer care team with mages of broken/defective/damaged products within 2 days of delivery. We recommend using an online traceable courier service for returning your items.

The amount you paid for the product plus any shipping paid at the time of order will be directly refunded back to your bank account/credit card/debit card within 15 working days of refund. we will credit the amount back to you within 15 working days.

How are items packaged?

All items are carefully packaged to avoid any form of damage.

What are the shipping charges?

Sellers provide FREE delivery on most items in India. Some items may have shipping depending on the nature of the product. For International orders, the shipping charges are different for different items and are mentioned clearly on the product page. Also, Prices may be different for different countries to account for shipping costs as sellers are free to set their prices, and prices listed in INR are only for India.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated time of delivery is within 7 working days for domestic orders and 21 working days for international orders.

How will the delivery be done?
  • 1. We try to process all deliveries through reputed courier companies In some cases where the pin code/zip code is not serviceable by these courier companies, we use Indian Speed Post for those deliveries.
  • If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
How can I track the delivery of YOUR order?

All items are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID.
